A Path of Learning and Support

After more than two decades as the Thought Leader, Senior Consultant and Program Director for The BDO / SuccessCare Program,  Daphne McGuffin launched D3 Learning Solutions in 2021.

Throughout her career, Daphne has successfully designed, developed and delivered learning solutions for family, private and not-for-profit enterprises. 

Through D3 Learning Solutions, she continues to design and develop a wide range of learning programs for employee onboarding and development, customer onboarding, educational institutions and member associations.

D3 Learning Solutions also directly supports individual family members and team leads in developing their leadership skills.  We guide enterprising families as they plan the future together.  We work alongside management teams and boards to define their strategic direction and implement the actions required to get there.

Daphne is a hard-working, dedicated, life-long educator and facilitator with a gold star for meeting client objectives, providing consistency, encouraging collaboration, and engaging participants in planning and implementing the changes they want to see.  

Daphne holds the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising and is a Fellow and Faculty member of the Family Firm Institute. She has been a Certified Kolbe Certified Consultant for many years and in 2019 was inducted into Kolbe's Copper Circle.
